As seen below in the video from Bethesda, fans of the publisher and developer would do well to mark their calendars for June 10, 2018 in preparation of the company’s 6:30 PST address on the Sunday ahead of E3 2018. The clip offers little in the way of clues pointing to any kind of reveals to expect, as the firm’s “Save the Date” footage mostly revolves around paper craft versions of characters from preexisting titles such as Dishonored 2, DOOM, Fallout 4, Skyrim, and more.
The design style for Bethesda’s E3 2018 Save the Date is somewhat of a departure from last year’s invitation to tune in, as 2017’s showcase included a “Bethesdaland” theme park aesthetic, with different aspects of the park focusing on specific properties from the company. The publisher and developer’s pop-up invite for E3 2018 involves a cityscape, with the buildings being relatively uniform in construction this time around.
At this point, not much is known as to what Bethesda has planned for its E3 2018 address, but it’s safe to say that many fans are keeping their fingers crossed for a reveal or even the smallest scrap of information regarding The Elder Scrolls 6. Pete Hines, the vice president of Bethesda Softworks, has already stated that the publisher and developer plans to release two big games prior to the next entry in the fantasy-RPG franchise, but that certainly won’t stop folks from hoping that a surprise announcement for the series is in order at this year’s E3.
Bethesda ’s E3 2018 showcase begins on June 10, 2018 at 6:30 PST.
