21-year-old Brandon Clark was charged with scond-degree murder after he was found next to Devins’ body on Sunday in Utica, New York. After slitting her throat, Clark posted graphic images of Devins’ dead body on Instagram Live as well as a Discord server the two both used. Shalanda Young, the acting director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), requested the congressional funds in a letter that warned additional money may be needed in the future. “These funding needs are based on our best information at this time, and we will remain in touch with Congress in the coming weeks and months as we assess any additional resource requirements,” the letter said. The request comes as Congress has just a little over a week left to produce and pass a government funding bill by the March 11 deadline....

The letter, which encouraged Biden to honor the “core tenets” of the Constitution while making new policies was signed by Attorney General Ken Paxton of Texas, the top oil-producing state, and Attorney General Patrick Morrisey of West Virginia, the second-largest coal-producing state. According to a new interview, Bethesda Vice President of PR and Marketing Pete Hines has been worried about what to tell The Elder Scrolls series’ significant fanbase for a while now.
